The Gables Antiques celebrated our 25th Anniversary in 2003 with a party co-sponsored by our friends at Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine. The featured entertainment: a colorful group of actors and singers performing highlights of Tartuffe from the French playwright Moliere. It is a spoof on the “powdered wig” set of French culture. Everyone seemed to really enjoy!

This event might have been the most fun of all…In 1998, The Gables Antiques celebrated our 20th Anniversary with an event themed “An Evening in Old Paris”. The food was from the Belle Epoque catered by Lee Epting. Guests were entertained by can can dancers, showgirls and wonderful French music by Robert Ray and cabaret singer Libby Wittemore.

The Gables Antiques celebrated its 15th year in 1993 with a formal affair themed around “A Night at the Paris Opera.” The party featured sweet goodies, gorgeous flowers by Kathy Rainer, opera singers, and a fun welcome from Suzanne and Mr. TH.
Of course, the star of the show was … The Phantom himself! We also flew in a well-known jeweler form New York, Christopher Walling, who showed off his collection of jewels. (In fact, we ended up trading an armoire for a necklace!)
